原理Principles
燃料通過燃燒器燃燒,產生高溫燃氣。并借助具有強化換熱措施的熱風爐將高溫燃氣的熱量傳導給被加熱的空氣,高溫燃氣經熱量散發后溫度降低至250°C后排到大氣中。需加熱的空氣通過選配的鼓風機強制送入熱風爐,吸熱后,溫度升溫至額定值從熱風出口送出。當熱風溫度達到額定的上限溫度時,燃燒器會自動停止燃燒或自動轉為小火燃燒,當熱風溫度降低到額定的下限溫度時,燃燒器又會重新點燃運行或轉為大火燃燒,升溫的速度可調節進風閥來實現。
The fuel is burned by the burner to produce high-temperature gas、And the heat of the high-emperature gas is conducted to the heatedair by means of a hot blast stove with heat exchange enhancement measures, and the high-temperature gas is discharged into theatmosphere after the temperature of the high-temperature gas is reduced to 250'℃C after the heat is dissipated.The air to be heated isforced into the hot blast stove by an optional blower.After absorbing heat,the temperature rises to the rated value and is sent out fromthe hot blast outlet.When the hot air temperature reaches the rated upper limit temperature, the burner wil utomatcally stop burning orswich to smalHfire burning . When the hot air temperature fals to the rated lower limit temperature, the burner will re-ignite or switch tolarge-fire burning. The heating speed can be adjusted by the air inlet valve.
