本系列膏體定量灌裝機是在本公司灌裝機系列的基礎(chǔ)上，參照*進灌裝機技術(shù)進行改造和創(chuàng)新的產(chǎn)品，其結(jié)構(gòu)更加簡單合理，精確度高，操作更加簡便。該設(shè)備采用特殊轉(zhuǎn)閥控制進料和計量，
適用于醫(yī)藥、日化、食品、農(nóng)藥及特殊行業(yè)，是對高粘度、膏體、濃醬帶顆粒、液體進行灌裝的理想設(shè)備。
該系列為半自動雙活塞式膏體灌裝機， 設(shè)計合理，機型小巧，操作方便，氣動部分均采用中國臺灣AirTac、SHAKO的氣動元件。
物料接觸部分均采用304不銹鋼材料制成，符合GMP要求。
有灌裝量調(diào)節(jié)手柄、灌裝速度可任意調(diào)節(jié)，灌裝精度高。
灌裝悶頭采用防滴漏、防拉絲及升降灌裝裝置。料斗可加裝可調(diào)速電機攪拌和保溫料斗。
可根據(jù)客戶要求定做，比如氣缸品牌、不銹鋼材料、密封圈材料等。
